As the oldest of four, Donaven, has an innate sense of responsibility and is driven to succeed. By pushing his Lawn-Boy mower down the street to neighboring homes, he began his first business at the age of 8. At an early age, he learned the value of understanding customer needs and wants and the advantage of “doing a job right” the first time. This work ethic carried on while he earned his bachelors degree from Indiana University, a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and finally a Masters Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University.
Donaven is the proud dad of two teenagers, a daughter Ella, and a son Donaven. They are his pride and joy. He spends his time between Watauga Lake and Greeneville and says there is no place better to live than in Northeast Tennessee. Donaven and family like to ride bikes, go hiking, spend time on the range, shoot skeet, jet ski, boat, swim and hang out on the lake or sit out by a campfire.
Donaven has all the traits one would want in a Realtor: knowledge, followup, drive, honesty, and integrity. He is who you want working for you in your pursuit of buying or selling for yourself, for investments, 2nd or retirement home or maybe even a lake house. No one will outwork him and you’ll make a new friend in the process.
