We will provide a Seller’s Net sheet so that you as the seller can know what you expect in terms of how much money you could expect at closing. We will also complete all necessary forms for your review and signature. We will also prepare all necessary paperwork from start to finish to get your property sold.
We may, depending on the situation, provide you with a list of items to make your property as marketable as possible, including both “Curb Appeal” and interior staging perspectives, recommend any repairs and or improvements needed to sell your property for the highest price, and provide buyer feedback to determine if additional enhancements are necessary.

Install “For Sale” sign with property specific QR code directed to your listing (eco-friendly, no wasted flyers, but all the right information, at the right time). Market your home to hundreds of websites and buyer prospects. Promote your property with active, producing agents from other companies in our market. Promote your property with neighbors. Market to millions of potential buyers online, monthly, through our property listing syndication, Search Engine Optimization and Marketing programs. Finally, we will review and present all offers, prepare any counter offers and any other documentation required along the way. We remain in constant contact with you through the entire process. After closing we remain by your side to ensure net proceeds are correctly provided, you get copies of all necessary documents, coordinate possession, verify homeowner’s insurance and escrow refund checks are processed and that county property tax information gets updated.
